Rule 29
Matters to be disclosed in the petition

(1) In addition to the matters mentioned in rule 23, in every petition relating to the case, the following shall be clearly written in brief:-
(a) Name of the case, year of the case and case no., (b) Subject of the petition, the matter sought, the reason and basis thereof and the relevant law, and (c) other necessary matters. (2) In the petition filed for an interim order, if the petitioner mentions something of his belief, he must mention the thing he believes and the following details or grounds related to it: (a) If he has mentioned with someone else, the details of such person as per rule 32, and
(b) If it is mentioned on the basis of a copy of a document, the place or manner in which the document or the copy of the document was obtained and the basis of his belief in the truth of such matter.
(3) In a petition to extract any missal or document in any station or court, the following should also be disclosed as far as possible:-
(a) the name and address of the station or court where the writ or writ is held,
(b) No. of the case involving the document. and name,
(c) Date of instrument,
(d) the language and subject of the document,
(e) the fact of which the letter or document is necessary to prove or disprove and is to be received as evidence, and
(f) Missile or other introductory details of the document.
(4) In addition to attaching the necessary documents to confirm the claim taken by the petitioner, the following things should also be disclosed in the application for stay of execution of the judgment:-
(a) The date of the judgment which is said to stay the proceedings according to the judgment,
(b) If there is an order to sell by auction, the date of the order,
(c) the date of the auction sale, if any, the date, and (d) the facts on which the Court can be persuaded regarding the matter written in the petition.
(5) If any procedure or guideline has been issued by the Supreme Court in relation to bail or surety with the petition for bail or surety, the documents mentioned therein must also be attached.
